3:35p.m. (ct) Sun. Aug. 14, 2022. I had not seen a Church's Chicken in a very long time. I was in Chicago on business today &... saw Church's Chicken. Absolutely ghetto and ratchet the young boy who was the so-called manager was dealing out the back door had little children... running in the back of the kitchen the young individuals who are trying to maintain the busy front we're getting confused onorders and messed them up we're very polite with correcting them if need be but you have a ton of people waiting in a no airconditioned building a little frustrating and just absolutely that is not a place for people to eat nor work... I caught one ofthe mess ups that they did they corrected it but then realized when I got home I didn't have no biscuits will not ever come tothis location again Read more
Customer service was good, chicken was okay, but that restuarant really needs an update asap. It almost looks abandoned.

This Church,s Chicken on Cremak and California, have always served good chicken always good and Hot,never dry good taste. I... started eating at this place when I was in 7 and 8 Grade at spray school back in the 60,s,great customer service very friendly,there's one churches chicken needs to close I gave them one star, 5th Ave in Maywood, if I need to Travel from the farwest suburbs to California and cremak I would for good tasting food and great customer service. Its was jus a kaotic scene...there was no order at all it took 36 mins for 2 3piece meals everything on the menu was sold out... they kept getting returns for messed up or incomplete orders lol hell there was even an argument in the parking lot over parkinglol but i think they need to step it up a little bit at least get the order right if ur gonna make us wait 20 min ormore...Oh..and they forgot to give me my HONEYYYYYY Read more
