My family and I have had many issues with this location, but now it seems to be getting worse! We ordered a 12pc meal dark with... 3 sides, and 9 biscuits. 3 pc spicy tender meal with bar b que sauce. We received a 12 pc all thighs that were undercooked, 2sides the mashed potatoes had no gravy, the Mac and cheese was burnt and we only received 6 biscuits. The 3 pc tenders wereoriginal, the Mac and cheese was burnt as well and they gave me the wrong drink. The phone number on google was disconnected,and the number on the receipt is not to the location. I went in person to speak to a manager, and she refused to replace thefood or refund because she could not get ahold of her manager. Very unprofessional!
