Ordered and gave them 30 min to make the one burrito. I get there 5 min after the preferred time. Wait 10 minutes, then ask... the cashier. He tells me to get in the back of the line in order in person. Then the Packer game is on so I go back to my houseto enjoy the first half. I ordered a second time, go and get the burrito. Neither of the two orders are ready still? I don?tknow what?s wrong with this place but don?t order when you want to eat. Also the online ordering app doesn?t confirm that it?sready or my name. This is probably the worst Chipotle that I go to every time. I cannot help it being so close to where I live. This is third time... in a row, I place mobile order an hour in advance and go a few mins past order pick time, go there and wait for 20-30 mins, thestaff says order is yet to be made, I ask them 3-4 times after 20, 25, 30, 35 minutes and they finally say they misplaced myorder, save yourself a trip and do not order from mobile. Not only this, one time the counter guy said my order was stolen andmade me wait 45 mins to deliver the news! As much as I like Chipotle, I hate this location Read more

Man the burritos here use to be D-Cup size, now they're an A, maybe a B-Cup if you're lucky. My last 3 visits have been... flat-chested chicken burritos. Sad. Perhaps it's the location, inflation, or the portion fairy is on vacation...but theseburritos need a bo0b job ASAP. Read more

EDITED: The customer service at this location has gotten way better! Still aren?t getting my online orders occasionally for some... reason, but they fix the problem so quickly. Last time they didn?t receive my order, they wrote down my order, immediately madeit quickly, and gave me a drink while I was waiting. The employees are great and the online orders have gotten so much moreorganized (you give them your name and they hand you the order I think to prevent people from stealing it all the time). My pastfew experiences have been way more pleasant. I come here at least once a week. Really terrible service. Every time I go in,there?s a certain employee who?s very unfriendly and makes ordering very uncomfortable (I actually think she might be themanager?) If you ask a question or hesitate or just say anything she acts annoyed and bothered. I wish I was exaggerating. Alsoyou would think ordering pickup would be faster through the app, but I?ll be waiting 15 min past the pick up time. One time theyeven ?lost? my order and didn?t tell me until I double checked on it. I waited for 30 min. One bad experience and I would notsay anything and move on, but every time I go in something gets messed up or someone is rude and I?ve consistently had negativeexperiences here. Read more

i ordered on the app and came to pick up my order. i waited for the cashier to handle the person that was ordering in front of... me, then she asked the girl BEHIND ME what was her order name. i was like ?? then she went in the back ignoring me. i startedto say excuse me for like 4 times. she eventually came and said what was my order name with a mean face and an attitude. reallydissatisfied with the way i was treated. i don?t usually write complaints but i am really disappointed. oh and my order wasmessed up too. paid the extra bucks on the queso but they didn?t put it. I ordered from the app for take away, this is the second time in a row that might order is not even what I ordered. Missing... toppings, incorrect protein, incorrect rice. There is no way to talk to anyone besides the app, which only apologizes and givesyou a by one get one offer. This is completely unacceptable. What a disaster of an operation! Read more
