This is my closest Chipotle. It is also the worst one I have been to. Almost never is the online order ready on time. A few... times the order has gone missing... Someone just walked away with my order. One time they didn't have my online order ready whenI showed up, couldn't pull my order off the computer due to "issues" and was asked to stand in line to order. Most recently, theorder again not ready at the promised time. When I showed up there were no one on either side of the counter. When I asked thewoman why orders are never ready on time, her response was "I am not responsible for online orders" and she walked off. Read more
If you order using online pickup just assume that you?re being robbed. The portions are ridiculously tiny. I ordered a Double... Protein Chicken and Pollo Asado bowl and got half a portion of chicken when I got home. If you?re going to get Chipotle be sureto have time to wait in line so you can the the whites of their eyes when they short you on your order. Read more
I visited this location on 06/05/22 Sunday at 8PM and not one worker bothered to greet me and my friend upon entering and not... one bothered to take our order after standing there for 2 minutes. They were too busy cleaning even though they close at 10PM.So, they were more worried about the cleaning than taking customers orders. They were visibly bothered that we showed up. Iwitnessed them doing this to five other customers. Everybody?s faces were shocked and I can tell they felt unwelcome as well.It?s also very dirty! I?ve ordered from here about 3 times for lunch and the food was cold each and every time, even when I waited in line to order.... The employees are so frugal with the ingredients they put in everything. Spend your money at a better Chipotle. Read more
Got this bowl and was taken aback by how little there was in the dish. I get bowls because it's enough for three meals for me... and for that price that's what makes it worth the price. This barely was one. And when I asked for more beans I was met with adirty look. Would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
Very bad service. Too many children employed and they rush you through the line after you patiently wait on them to complete... online orders just to have the steak for my tacos put everywhere but inside the shell. Do NOT go to this chipotle. Visit thelocation on Addison not too far they?re much better. Read more
My daughter and I went and service was friendly and quick. Our steak burrito was delicious. The place was very clean because... when there were no customers the workers were using that time to clean. We will definitely eat here again. Read more
