I?ve been going to this chipotle since it open. Tonight I went in there to have dinner with my children, I tried ordering 2... quesadillas and 2 chicken salads. I was told that the quesadillas are only ordered online now, how does that make senses? I haveto make two different orders so the girl goes to ask the Hispanic guy if she should just make them and he said no so I had topay for my salads and then order the quesadillas online. Which they didn?t even bother to melt the cheese on it, the same guythat said no was the one that made them. And to make it better he send the cashier to gives us a cup of guacamole. Everytime we order at this location we always have something missing. I had a free entree reward two I ordered two bowls with... guacamole. For some reason my CHICKEN BOWL came out to 18$ like seriously? What?s the point of the free entree if they are extracharging . I paid for guacamole for both bowls and none of them came with it. Normally the food is delicious. Tonight I arrived home to experience the worst ever. The rice is definitely undercooked, it's... crunchy...it shouldn't be crunchy. I don't know if there is a new cook, but I am extremely disappointed and unable to addressthis with a manager only adds to my frustration and disappointment. I ordered 2 burrito bowls. They got delivered with no meat, about 1/2 cup of lettuce, and very few vegetables. I have been... trying to call them since lastnight without luck.
