Poor, even by Chipotle's predictably mediocre standard. Somehow the food is always ice cold even if you watch them make it right... before your eyes. Don't even bother trying to place a pickup order or they will mess it up guaranteed. You have to order inperson and watch to make sure it doesn't get messed up. I've got burritos without meat in them multiple times by orderingonline. Just go to Burrito Beach a block away. Wife had a fleeting obsession with this place for a few weeks while they had somelimited time chicken, now that it's gone there's no reason to come here again. Read more
WORST ONE EVER. I order double meat for the 2nd time it was not on there and today I ordered a side of queso and they gave me... such a little portion, the Hispanic woman filled up the cup but held it in her hand until I showed her my order. I didn?t orderveggies and found veggies in my meal. Please get a better staff. Read more
Old lady serving food gives the tiniest portions. Not even a full scoop of the spoon. Also the rice doesn't even cover the... bottom of the bowl as a bed. This is the WORSE CHIPOTLE I have ever been to. When I asked the lady for a better scoop she showedme a salad dessing cup and said this is all you get. Read more
Extremely unreliable in terms of food quality. Sometimes the burritos are overstuffed with everything else except the protein or... there?s barely anything in them at all. This location is one of the worst in downtown Chicago. Pickup orders are always 10-15mins late, and most days the rice is almost never cooked all the way through. If you enjoy crunchy rice and barely anyconsistency, this is your Chipotle! Read more
The quality of service and food has really declined of late. I work near by and usually use the app to order my meal but the... last couple times I?ve been waiting longer then the people in line to get my food. What?s worse is the portions have becomeembarrassingly light. I almost feel cheated so I hope things change but I doubt it. Read more
Let us down this time! You may ask why our picture shows us eating our bowl with our lid? let me tell you: We had a day of... it.... delayed flight. Lost luggage.... we were looking for some silver lining with some burrito bowls from chipotle. Got nosilverware, no napkins, and wilted lettuce. :( had to try to stomach it and eat it with the tinfoil top as a spoon :( Read more
I spent $16 fora table spoon of meat on a bed of rice. They charged me 7 extra dollars for more meat and for $7 you get a sauce... cup full of meat. They suck. My money would've been better spent elsewhere. The steak was hard in some places. Read more
