Pretty sad they gave me brown lettuce in my Burrito bowl. Lettuce isnt even exspensive. I'm done with this place. Never again.... Too many Complaints from this chain. it's obvious the management is out to watch. Like every other time I come here I have a bad experience with the food. This time... the fajita vegetables are so overcooked they are totally mush. So disgusting I have to pick them out of my food!!! Why do youhave to leave vegetables in the steam tray for ages to the point where it is gross? Is this what your customers deserve? Read more
First time trying Chipotle and I see what all the uproar is about! I had the bowl with white pinto bean chicken and steak fajita... vegetables fresh tomatoe salsa sour cream and cheese everything blended together perfect freash and the meat wasn't dry at all!I really enjoyed the meal great experience! Never had the greatest experiences with thus location. I frequent Chipotle often and this might be the worst location on average... I've visited. Burritos sloppily made regardless of time of day, chips are never crunchy like they're supposed to be, almostalways need a fork and the guac is rarely ever mixed well. We have been coming to this location since it was opened. In the last few months, and you can see from other recent reviews... that not only the service has become nonexistent, the portion of the food also shrunk. The last two visits, our bowls werebasically happy meal sized, at least 25-30% smaller. Considering all of the recent negative reviews, unless they make somechanges, this location won?t last very long. I am walking over to the Burrito Beach or DosBros. Read more
Good transportation and food. The customer service was terrible. I was standing line and I did not get any service. So I stand... in the pick up line and the worker finally saw me when two other customers came in. The worker rudely said You have to speak upor you won't get fed. I told him I was standing there for a minute and you did not see me? I am 6'3 how could you not see me? Ihope management see this post and talk to all their workers to pay attention at work and be respectful to all customers. Read more
