I?ve been waiting for my food and they closed early. I?m knocking on the window so I can speak with someone and they?re ignoring... me. I ordered online and they won?t give me my number. I would appreciate someone from corporate call me now. This isridiculous. They could?ve simply given my food, but instead they wanted to ignore me. Food quality is just like any other chipotle. Employees don?t regulate how the line works. Their line system is confusing - can... take the shorter route when not busy and longer route when busy. Lots of people were cutting the line during a busy time bytaking the shorter route. Customers shouldn?t have to confront other customers. Read more
Ordered from this Chipotle and did mobile pickup. Not only did they not add cutlery or napkins?s but my food barely had any... steak (bowl) very little rice and was missing cheese. Overall paid $10 for very little food. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHIPOTLE.THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Try the other ones nearby because at least they won?t mess up your order. Such an unsatisfying meal. Chipotle is one of my favorite go-to spots for a quick, tasty lunch when I forgot to make one at home. I can pick up a Burrito... bowl or salad and customize it for my diet and taste. The generous portions are filling and the pricing is very affordable. Ireally enjoy all of the protein options (including the Sofritos) The cafeteria style service is quick and efficient and I canusually get in, get my food and pay in about 2 minutes flat, providing it's not too busy. Good Chipotle that is fast and friendly enough. They get tons of people during weekdays for lunch, but they never have a problem... fulfilling orders. They put an emphasis on their new rewards program. Clean enough as well. Read more
I use the mobile order feature at this restaurant because I can do it on the go and it's close and convenient for my work to... just walk in and pick it up. That being said, I have not once received an order that was right. Most of it is right, sure - thebasics are there, but every day, I'm missing something else. Today, it was fajita veggies, a few days ago it was the sour cream,sometimes it's salsa - yesterday, they forgot my order completely. It's just really inconsistent for mobile users and I'm notabout to stand in their long lunch line. I'll probably go somewhere else for lunch that costs the same and has better service. Read more
Was extremely impressed with the quantity of food they gave me. Some Chipotle employees spoon out the smallest amount of each... item, here I got heaping spoonfuls! I am not sure if he just appreciated the concise way I ordered - chicken bowl, white, black,fajita veggies - (most people ignore my order and make me repeat each item two or three times) but this guy was impressed, whichmay have been why I got a mountain of food :D Either way, I'll be coming here again for a quick bite.
