I have given this place the benefit of the doubt and figured it was just an off day. But they undercook the rice where it?s... partially crunchy still and it has happened more than twice. Their stuff is not as fresh as other locations, if you?re going togo to Chipotle go to the one on Michigan avenue. Read more
They ran out of fajita veggies, and as a vegetarian, I didn't want to get any of the meat options. I already ordered a burrito,... thinking they had some fajitas on the stove in the back, but then I was told there were none. I didn't want to waste theburrito, so I continued to order the meal and at checkout, asked if I could get a discount for no main ingredient. The managersaid because the fajitas don't cost them much money, he wasn't going to give me a discount. This is partially my fault for notasking if they had any veggies in the back at the start, but I was in a rush to get to the train and the fajitas option was notcrossed off in any way. A clean Chipotle. Staff was fast and efficient. We got there right after it opened so there was no line. I had a 3 point veggie... burrito and my husband had a chicken bowl. We both got regular fountain drinks. My burrito was very good. Will definitely stopagain. Read more
This is the location with the most disgusting service, ever diminishing portion size and rude unmannered employees who will... force you to choose what they tell you and not what you want. Sides of choice (in almost empty containers at lunch time) arebarely pinched with the utensils and rice and guacamole barely scraped on the tip of the spoon. I only asked the old black womanwith glasses (who already had messed up my order by putting the meat first and then covering it with rice) to add just a littlemore the same amount of meat I usually get few times a week at this location. Insted of that she aggressively refused my requestby threatening me to charge me double while holding my bowl under her arm and stepping back. Even when her coworkers who werenext to her told her to add a little more she started arguing with them and put my bowl protectivly under her armpit-a sight atwhich I lost my appetite and left to never return to this location again.
