Wow, do NOT go to this chipotle. I ordered on their website and the bowl they gave me was completely wrong. I?m vegetarian and... dairy free and this bowl was filled with steak, cheese and sour cream. Where to begin!? Place is poorly managed. So many health codes being violated at the same time. They use the same spoons for all... meats, gloves are not changed when cashing people out. Not going to lie, the previous reviews scared me so much! But I had to have chipotle and this is my closest one so I said why... not? And I don?t regret it. I did a pick-up order and still had an amazing interaction just grabbing my food. My brother orderedsomething there and service was still great. My favorite part, this location actually had the drinks/lemonades I have YET to trybecause all other locations never have them! I didn?t order one just off those experiences but now I?m thankful I can try oneout here. And they made my food with LOVE! So I don?t know if it was the time I ordered or the day, but I?m glad I didn?t letthe reviews deter me. Read more
UPDATE: tried to give these guys a second chance and I'm guessing the same ignorant people work their. They can't make food to... save their life. Full price for half of the bowl with food. Stopped at the wicker park location on a Saturday afternoon and got a burrito bowl. Made it home and realized my lettuce was... muddy, not clean and appeared to be sitting there for a long time. Inspectors will be notified immediately. Not to mention stafftook 5minutes to take my order because they were makin mobile orders and food was all over the counter tops. There wasn't a smile on any of the employee's faces, they fixed plates for online or phone orders without even greeting us or... asking us to hold on. The restaurant itself could really use a deep cleaning. The black stains on the floor around the garbagecans have obviously accumulated over time & the front of the counter has food stains & other obvious old stains. Zoom in on thephotos.
