Terrible service starting with the server. What a turn off when server has a attitude preping my bowl. I ordered a quesadilla... tortilla that was cold. They have a new oven that doesn't cook the tortilla very good. Go back to the old way of cooking aquesadilla on the grill to satisfy customer. This location doesn't taste as good as other locations. Noticeably smaller portions too. Staff seemed very disoriented. Lady... didn't understand what a side of sour cream meant, finally filled the side of sour cream, then left it outta the bag. Not comingback here. Read more

Have been to this location a few times, but today's experience was quite poor. Rice tasted like it wasn't cooked properly... (slightly hard/cold). Salsa was watery. And shredded cheese was spilled all over the guac tub - this is terrible for someonethat wants to avoid dairy. Read more

Dirtiest chipotle I have ever been into. I am shocked that the health department has not closed down. Food was everywhere on... counters. The staff looked like they had not washed for months, clothes included. We have come here for years and have noticed ahuge decline over that time! Not coming back! Read more

Usually been a Qdoba guy down south but thought I'd try a Chipotle around here. Terrible experience, not sure if its the... location. Someone needs to learn how to cook rice...
