Great location, especially if you live near the Belmont CTA station. The times I went, the facility was always clean and... organized. There are social distancing markers on the floor as well as partitions to keep everyone safe. The food is served hotand quickly, making it an easy place to pick up on your way out. They offer dining indoors as well as take out options as well.I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are looking for a quick meal. Read more
Ordered my chipotle like I normally do today. Their payment system is down, so I had to pay in person, it happens. I showed up... and waited 10 mins before it was my turn, typical. Then I realized they shut down the dining area so the lemonade that I orderedonline wasn't available. Got back in the line, the cashier decided to allow three people behind me to pay and pickup their foodfirst. So I had to wait another 10 mins before I got the chance to talk to them and all they told me was to get a refund onlinewithout apologizing for making me wait or allowed me to pay for items they don't have available. Pretty bad customer service tobe honest and unfortunately I am stuck with these people since it's the closest location to me. Hopefully they are in a bettermood when I pickup my food next time. Meat and rice weren?t cooked properly. The lettuce was brown and the guacamole was grey. Friendly staff but terrible food.
