Absolutely horrific customer service, no line and they?re still inconsiderate. I told the worker I?d like extra cheese and she... closed the bowl, I repeated and they started ringing up the order. Then asked can she put on the side no ma?am I would like ithow it is made. Would NEVER come to this location again. Read more

We have constant problems with this Chipotle. There was a stretch that they got 8 out of 10 orders wrong. They've been better... lately, but got our most recent order wrong again. We've spoken to the regional manager, and even emailed the CEO, and i getthe sense no one really cares. Read more

Had dinner here and Chipotle is not what it was. Nothing had flavor, food looked dried out, guacamole was just smashed avocado. ... The beans no flavor. The rice as not bad. Chips omg how nasty they were this time. No lime flavor anymore and they were stale.Place was a mess all the trash cans filled to the top all of them. So people were leaving their garage just on the tables. Nevergoing back. Read more

Staff is massively rude. I stopped by on Sunday July 24th between 18 and 19 hrs, and they behaved horribly. Their customer... service sucks!!! The guys who prepare the order for you don't even care to explain or help you to know what you can add to yourorder, particularly the first guy who took my order (he was a Black guy) didn't even give me what I asked for (I said I wanted aburrito, he gave me a bowl). I didn't make a big deal out of it, because I didn't think it was worth arguing with them, but theyshould pay more attention and give the customers what they ask for. The second guy was at least a little bit more patient. Thegirl who was at the cashier was also very rude. I asked her if they accepted American Express, said yes, and then made fun ofme, and became kinda desperate because it got declined. The staff in this particular spot is horrible, the food is average (thisis just me, speaking as a half Mexican who was expecting better) and the price is a little bit too high for what they offer you.I was really curious about this restaurant, having heard lots of things about it, mostly good ones, but definitely won't becoming back :/ Read more

The most recent time I came in (and the last), I was greeted when I entered to pick up my mobile order. They asked for my name,... and then 5 minutes later, failed to tell me that the meat I selected was still cooking and it would be an additional 10 minutes.When I told them I had to go, and would just like the money refunded, they refused and could "only offer a giftcard". I askedfor the manager and they repeated the same situation, which is unacceptable seeing as it should have been ready 15 minutesbefore. Read more
