Absolutely horrific customer service, no line and they?re still inconsiderate. I told the worker I?d like extra cheese and she... closed the bowl, I repeated and they started ringing up the order. We have constant problems with this Chipotle. There was a stretch that they got 8 out of 10 orders wrong. They've been better... lately, but got our most recent order wrong again. We've spoken to the regional manager, and even emailed the CEO, and i getthe sense no one really cares. Read more
Had dinner here and Chipotle is not what it was. Nothing had flavor, food looked dried out, guacamole was just smashed avocado. ... The beans no flavor. The rice as not bad. Chips omg how nasty they were this time. No lime flavor anymore and they were stale.Place was a mess all the trash cans filled to the top all of them.
