If there is a negative rating, I would give negative instead of 1 ?. Employees attitude are horrible here, they don't care what... customers order. I ordered 1 waffle fries here, a girl charged me 3 fries price. She did not realize until I found out. The theemployee blamed me, instead of recognizing her fault. Moreover, they did not give my fries after all front and after mecustomers took their order, I waited around 30 minutes to get my meal. So horrible. I would highly not recommend to order here. I came here early in the morning since the line was short. I asked for a chicken breakfast bowl meal with the meal upgraded to a... vanilla cold brew coffee. The cashier rang me up for a chicken breakfast bowl (on its own) and the cold brew coffee (small). Ionly found this out when I was handed the receipt. I explained the mistake to the cashier and was simply told I'd be given thehash browns. Again, there wasn't much of a line. CFA seems to not be particularly busy at this hour. When my food came, all Igot was the bowl and a normal fresh brewed coffee (which costs significantly less) and no hash browns. A mistake on the orderingor meal making side of the thing is understandable. But messing up both (incorrect order made, and incorrect food made going offthe receipt) seems to be indicative of more than just a genuine mistake. They also took >7 minutes to make my meal, and theline was moving slowly overall. When you're a commuter, speed is certainly desirable, especially when there isn't much of aline. Looking at other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one to not get the usual stellar CFA experience. They made the bowlproperly, so I'll give a star back for that. Read more
There is something not right about this location. I wonder if Chick Fil A really even knows about this location. They do not... accept the app or Chick Fil A gift cards. We are usually big fans of Chick-fil-A but there is something off here. Inaddition to not allowing you to use the app, when I tried to order a milkshake, I was told they could not get milk so they nolonger had shakes (even though they were clearly on the menu board). I am really confused on how a location at a transportation hub is so unorganized and poorly trained. At Chick-fil-A of all... places? First, when we got there Louis came out from the back to fight with the cashier yelling "YOU come make the order then. ITOLD you we don't have that". But then once we ordered, we waited for 15 min and noticed people after us were getting theirorders. We politely asked if they could check our receipt because we had been waiting for a while and needed to catch our train.The employee ignored me and said our order was coming up. I waited about 15min (30 total), I asked again and she (the manager)said they actually never put our order in at all! We asked for a refund since we needed to leave and catch our train and shesaid she DID NOT KNOW how to issue a refund.....?!? The manager? Sat Oct 1 at 12:45.
