Waited 15 mins in line just to say I was here for a pickup. The lady had a serious attitude?shaking her head, huffing and... puffing like the customers was bothering her. I spent $50, got 3 dinners and an extra sauce. They put it all in one bag. As soonas I got outside the door the bag handle broke, the bbq sauce spilled out and some of my food came out. I gathered the food backand took it back in and tried to explain to the woman that has the attitude that the bag broke and maybe they shouldn?t put itall in one bag. She then says to me?WE ARE NOT ABOUT TO GO BACK AND FORTH?. I responded and said ma?am I?m not going back andforth with you?all I stated was the bag broke and I needed my food repacked. She says something under her breath then takes thefood back. 5 mins later she comes back with the food, double bagged this time?but still all the food in one bag. Then I look inthe bag to see if the extra sauce I bought was in there and it wasn?t. She then takes my food back again as if I was lying abouta $2 bottle of sauce. Returns my food and the sauce. There was no apology , a thank you for your business or anything. This wasmy first and last time here at this location. I will never return, will spread the word of my experience to friends/family. Ihave no problem leaving great feedback when I receive great customer service. But this was just so unprofessional. The wait timewas way too long, the music was blasting she could barely hear me through the bulletproof window and it was flies flying around.Terrible customer service and word of mouth goes a long way. Customer service is HORRIBLE. The location on 97th & Halsted, the cashier never said to the long line of customers. They had... EXTREMELY LONG LINES!!! What's the point of calling your order in & you have to wait 30 minutes. They need to a "call-in" side &"in-store" window. Read more

The food is wonderful. If placing an order I suggest you order ahead of time. They prepare your order when you place it. Which... is great because your meal is fresh but your wait could be a minute. Our wait was 35mins plus on a Sat at 1:30pm. Read more
I've been Going to this restaurant since they open and now I go today and the girl tells me that this is the amount of fries and... mild sauce you get for a seven wing dinner. They are very unprofessional and I am not happy with my order they literally gave me10 french fries and the little peasant working at the register told me that I had to pay for extra fries and sauce. They never pick up the phone, you get there walk into a dark small hallway ring the door bell for service and talk through a... 3-5" thick bullet proof window to place your order. They make you feel like you're doing some illegal transaction instead ofbuying food from a restaurant. They need to have better customer service. The food selection is very limited, expensive andeverything is way over cooked. They need to pay more attention to the food they are cooking, so they won't dry it up and turn itinto beef jerky. Ordered a large turkey tip. The tips were good. Very over priced though. There was an extremely long wait. You wait in line for... 15 or so minutes then the food takes another 25-30 minutes.
