I stopped to grab food before heading out of Chicago and was given the wrong order after waiting a long time for my food. I?m on... the road driving out of town and now I?m stuck with food covered in bacon. The food is good, but they are terrible when it comes to night deliveries. I've ordered from there three times, and each time,... the order has been cancelled without explanation after waiting for over an hour for it. That's enough for me & dining at thislocation. Do better. Read more
My boyfriend and I stopped at this store for brunch. The store was clean ,and the clerk was very patient with us,while we were... placing our order. The food was presented hot and it was good. ( we are seniors )What a bummer we wanted to wash our hands aftereating and they didn't have a bathroom available. Next time instead of dinning in we will order and go. Read more
Tonight I needed a quick bite so I stopped by checkers on 87 and Stony. The service was quick and the cashier was fairly polite.... However, the quality and portions rendered were not satisfactory. I work in customer service. And I just couldn't believe it . The African lady took my order, it's like what's the point of... asking me what I would like to order if your gonna keep walking away to start a conversation with other employees not evenlistening to my order. Had to repeat myself several times. Then she did it again as I was leaving I asked for napkins cause Ididn't receive any , Just wanted to clean the table . She grabbed the napkins and and went to continue another conversationwith her employees its like shes focused on the wrong things . I went to Checkers for a Banana Milkshake, which this location didn't have so I ordered a chocolate milkshake and an order of... fries which wasn't what I expected. The milkshake wasn't thick which Checkers is known for. I was a little disappointed withthat but I figured my fries would make up for it. Well it didn't. Maybe it was just a bad night. I pulled up to the drive through and the cashier starts off with ?how may I help you? no hello, welcome, nothing. I paused,... because I was surprised at the dry tone of someone who sounded like they didn?t want to be at work. I responded, ?yeah, how areyou?? She responded ?how may I help you? ? I then drove off and decided I wasn?t spending my money here anymore. I always spendmoney here, but I am sick of these FF workers with this bad energy. Ever since they got a raise the service quality hasdecreased horribly. Mind you NO ONE WAS AT THIS STORE IT WASNT BUSY, EVERYONE WAS AT WENDYS ACROSS THE STREET. Unfortunatelythis store will probably be closed soon due to the horrible attitudes of fast food workers.
