The food was 30-70 the only thing that was good was the ???? fries. The fish was greasy the bun was dry and the pies were burnt... so bad they were not edible. Yet the service was superb.???? Read more
Came here on three separate occasions. The first one was around 3pm and the lobby was closed. I tried getting the attention of... one of the employees, and they acted like they didn't see me. The second attempt was around 6pm. I tried getting the attentionof someone again, and hot no response. I decided to go through the drive through and they told me (a larger woman, light skin,colored lips), that they aren't allowed to take orders from the drive throught. I explained to them my issue with getting foodand they told me that the lobby closed at 7pm. Which is weird because the door had a sign that said 10am - 10pm. You van clearlysee that someone took off the sign. On my third attempt, I got before 7pm (around 6pm again) and the lobby was closed. Me and myfriend tried to get the attention of one of the employees and they ignored us. I tried using the speaker from the drive throughand nothing. I go check on the pick-up side and I see someone, who's not in a car, picking up an order and chatting it up withthe employee. There was a car literally behind them waiting for their order. After I waited for their conversation to finish andfor the car to get their order, I go to the window and see that there's nobody in the restaurant. I went back around to the mainentrance and saw the employee (skinny African American, only person there) smoking. We asked them about the lobby hrs and theysaid that the lobby closes at 6:30pm. Not only do we have multiple people giving us different times on different days, the lobbyis never open. And there's clearly a favorite or something going on if only a select few people can order through the drivethrough. This is bull and playing favorites. What's the point of publishing coupons on the newspaper if you're not going to letpeople use them. Read more
Need's improvement in customer service oriented. Ghetto unprofessional employees don't even give you order.

First time buying on this place and last one.....I order 2 burgers and tenders....the meat was over cook and the tenders... 2.....my Fryers was cool the meat and the buns 2....I spent 60 dollars on 2 burgers and tenders....I'm really disappointed..... Read more
Late night after the club run... FRIES!!! Definitely not worth $5.00 bucks, but I wanted 'em. They were hot & fresh...pretty... sure they re-dropped old fries because they were extra crisp. Still good though Read more
Ordered through door dash. Store is allegedly 8 min away. Food got here within an hour but part of order was missing. Food was... cold and obviously not Fresh. How do I know??? I worked at Checkers and know how it tastes fresh out the fryer. Highlydisappointed. Read more
The staff was polite but you get the feeling they were bored. I was the only customer at that time at around 3pm. But they... didn't bother to make a fresh hamburger for me they just gave me a lukewarm one to me. I was too tired to complain about it. Ijust figured I am not coming back to the place again.
