Chatime is a great place to sit down and eat a quick bite. Prices are under 10 dollars generally. I recommend the rice bowls... with the pork belly. Scrumptious. There is also boba available here, it is pretty average but still worth the money. Read more
They really need to improve the customer service skills. My husband order from the phone. First man answered was busy and put... him on hold. A while later a girl picked up the phone and didn?t really know how to use their ordering system and was walking tosomeone while taking the order. My husband was frustrated and I took over the phone. Anyway, we had hard time ordering food overthe phone. When we picked up, the people work their seem not know how to have a proper greeting to the customers . We stoodthere for like few minutes hope someone come to ask us if we need anything but no one. Every one inside the counter seemed to bebusy and had no time to help us. I had to stop a server to ask her where should we pick up our food. The food was average.Broth tasted like the seasoning buy from the Chinese market and they just open it and add some water to it. Noodle was verylittle my husband didn?t enjoy it and had to order something from other place. I ordered the mango green tea. Extremely sweet. Ionly had few slip. Read more
Hated the music. Good Lord! Ordered mocha and cappuccino. We thought small size was gonna be cup size. But this is a full blown... 16 oz drink. Not bad, but absolutely nothing special. They had party music on high volume and bass. Didn't feel like acafe/restaurant; more like a cheap nightclub. I would not come back just fort this reason alone. Either play somethingappropriate to the environment or maybe your traditional music. My head hurts now. Read more
One of my favorite places to go to when it?s late at night! This place is open late and always has good service. Good prices for... the amount of food that they serve you. Like the bubble tea it can be less sweet than other places but it?s still good! Wouldrecommend this!!! Read more
