This was a nice multi-level bar. Each floor had a different vibe and was completely packed the whole time. The music was okay... and it's definitely a smaller venue. The drinks were about $30, so I suggest drinking somewhere else first. My personal favoritelevel had these strobe lights in the floor. Fun spot! I love the different vibes of each floor. The second floor is more chill. It’s great to sit down and eat/have a... cocktail. The top floor has a light up dance floor and is great for dancing. It was packed when we went on a Saturday nightbefore Halloween but when it’s less busy I’m sure it’s a blast. Been to Celeste a few times, but super disappointed with this last visit. Some friends and I went to Deco floor early on a... Saturday sat down at a table. We asked the server and the manager if it was reserved they both told us no it was first comefirst serve. We waited for a table to open and sat down -we were seated for well over 2 hours drinking and eating. When we werewaiting for another round a security guy informed us there was a reservation at our table. The server came back to grab moredrinks, and we apologized for staying into a reservation. The server then informed us their wasn’t one, and we told her whatjust happened. She offered to move us but at that point it we opted to just leave as security was standing by our table watchingus. We closed out the check, and the second we got up a group with the security guy moved to our old table before it wascleaned. I just feel like if we weren’t buying anything it is one thing, but to lie about a reso when we are still activelyspending money it’s another. That definitely left a sour note about our experience especially when we brought friends from outof town there. Read more
Glad I finally had a chance to check this place out. It was definitely a hectic scene with it being a Saturday night. I worked... in nightlife/clubs for years throughout LA and was very impressed with the security team out front, especially Andrew. Theyworked cohesively, patiently, and (what is exceptionally rare for bar security) KINDLY to the patrons waiting. The staff wasefficient, fast and attentive. I had the opportunity to chat with the 2 guys in the kitchen while waiting in line for thebathroom and they were equally professional and pleasant. Also, the food looked lovely, I’ll definitely be back to try it. Theambiance was lively, the venue was tidy and clean. I can honestly say this place exceeded my expectations. Read more
Celeste was absolutely amazing for our wedding! we originally had our wedding planned for Oct 2020 but due to covid we had to... reschedule for 2021. The whole team at Celeste was gracious and helpful and answered tons of emails from a very concerned covidbride planning a wedding while overseas. They made our wedding perfect, the decor was beautiful, our menu was phenomenal, andour guests couldn't get over the venue! So happy to have found Celeste and would recommend them for any event. Special shout outto Kassandra from the event team as she was amazing at perfecting all the details and making our special day seamless. Cantthank her enough! Read more
We had our wedding here in mid-October and it was BEYOND AMAZING! The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our day... was special. The Garden Rooftop was stunning and all of our family and friends could not believe how beautiful everything was.We flew in from out of town for this event so having all the chair/table rentals/cake/food/venue in one place was INCREDIBLYEASY! We had the ceremony on the roof top garden level, the cocktail hour in the Deco room, and 1 beautiful long table on theroof top garden level to close it out. We could not help ourselves but to come back later that night to dance on the Discofloor. Both Cassandra and Kassandra were so welcoming and informative during the entire process. Me and my wife got married here late October. Overall this venue was GREAT. They really saved the wedding. We had a pretty... terrible wedding coordinator so we’re even that much more grateful that Celeste really had their stuff together. I mean justso professional and friendly, organized. The FOOD was SPECTACULAR. It’s the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding (maybeI’m a little biased ???? but STILL). The guests all confirmed with us as well how good the food was. The servers andbartenders, everyone on staff was on point. Another note I want to reemphasize is just how gracious they were to all ourguests. I have some very…interesting…people grooms side (bride’s side pretty standard normal people) and they were sogracious and courteous. One in particular has social disorders (think Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory) is not alwaysrecognized because it’s not obvious so he’s normally treated poorly by others because they see him as annoying or obnoxious. To the great credit of everyone at Celeste he told me (surprisingly) how kind and courteous and accommodating they were to him.That to me is just next level service. I know how difficult he can be and how hard it is for others around him so it means thatmuch more to me how much kindness everyone at Celeste showed to all my guests even the difficult ones. Also they were reallyfun about everything too. So they really took a stressful event with all these moving pieces and just made it feel special,fun, and relaxing. Also even the bouncers and coat check staff were crazy cool man I’m saying literally every single personthat works there is just incredible. Read more
