Ordered 2 piece perch the fish was fried to a crisp. It was horrible won't eat at this chain again.
Catfish sandwich with fries was decent, good seasoning and put together neatly. Plan to take your order to go, though - they... definitely do not want people eating in and there's nowhere to sit even though it's a large storefront with a large dining area.It's also a little dirty in the dining space, everything in there needed a wipe-down. The chicken was great and the customer service was even better! I had to put together a last minute lunch for my the teachers at... my school and they had an order of 150 pieces of chicken ready in 20 mins, were super nice as I paid, and helped me carry myorder to my car. Quick and easy pick-up to go order. I got the combo 1 catfish with 2 wings and fries. The catfish was a nice big portion and... the wings were well seasoned, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were a little over done and not freshhot. When I placed my phone order it seemed like the employee didn?t want to be working - not the best customer service over thephone. However, when I arrived to pick up my order it was a totally different experience. She was friendly and offered me theoptions for a soda, hot sauce and tarter sauce.
