I'm really sorry to have to share this negative review about the coffee shop inside of this banking café. The attitude of the... employees could not be worse. It's really atrocious. This is more than a need for support and training; these people need to bein a different employment or career. Initially, I've been here on several occasions (3) where they didn't even have coffee. Ican understand if they didn't have steaks, nails, or tennis rackets. But it seems to me that a coffeehouse should always havecoffee to serve. And when I inquired, this last visit, on why I keep encountering this situation where they have no coffee, thelady just shrugged her shoulders, as if she didn't know, didn't care, and wouldn't be providing an answer beyond what she had tosay. I had an errand to run before I was coming to install myself and work for the remainder of the afternoon. Instead, I left.I did try to reach customer service through the website chat function; they weren't very helpful there. My recommendation:while you might find it helpful to use the ATM, you would do better just to ignore the café. They probably will not havecoffee, anyway. NOT RECOMMENDED Read more

Today..I required a big win. I was determined to pay my bill TODAY. When I entered the Cafe to pay my bill via the payment... kiosk...both..were down and inoperable...uuugghhh! Chris, Alexis, Myra, and Sybil..the fabulous staff, were beyond kind tome..as I was experiencing my meltdown ( ha - ha). Tech staff was present and working diligently to get the kiosk back in tooperation. I left to get ice cream and calm down! Whew!! Upon my return...exactly four minutes later..they were up and running!Ha-le-lu-yer. I really needed this win today...and these professionals were integral to my win. Read more

I?ve been here 3 times because it?s is convenient & every-time the people who work here have the worst attitude. They seem more... concerned with having conversations with each other than providing good customer service. I wish the same vibe y?all have witheach other would be distributed to the customers. I just won?t come back here. The coffee is not even all that good to beginwith. I only buy it because I feel is courteous if I?m going to work on my laptop here. Read more

So I needed to come back and update my review previously I stated that Capitol one ATMs wasn't working at this location and How... upset I was but come to find it was an issue with the check I received itself... So I do apologize for my review but with thatbeing said, I do feel if something like this would happen ..it would be hugh inconvenience and pain to have to mail in a checkbecause there no physical branches, which is a shame... Like I stated before I just don't see no need for this place it just acafe that have official Capital One ATMs, When I 1st signed up with Capital One I assume this was an actual Branch not just acouple of ATMs Read more

The Café seemed like a very nice place, the Capital One ambassadors very friendly, however their abilities were limited. It?s... for banking only which I have been a long-time customer for? however their credit card team is outsourced? On my most recent 2vacations I spent a total of 5 hours talking with their ?fraud? department that took forever and 4 attempts to use the samedocuments to verify that I am a real person. While the company probably doesn?t care if they ?lose? a credit card customer.There?s really no benefit of closing a card, I will just avoid using it if I can and use other, more reliable cards I have? Mostof their services are good, but they lack many digital options. They assume their customers can?t be digital enough? Read more

The baristas are amazing here very friendly and helpful the bank tellers or whatever they are seem to be people watchers... standing there watching the baristas because if you ask them a question they direct you to a online service and they are notvery welcoming. anyway i love the drinks and the peets team.
