The Capital One team on-site is super helpful for those needing ANY kind of assistance, from banking to turning on study nook... lights. The 50% coffee for Capital One customers is an awesome benefit. They are clearly raising the Capital One brand awarenessand adding to the goodwill of the community. The reason I removed a star is that they keep shifting their hours. Now they areclosing at 4PM everyday, instead of 6 PM, which makes it MUCH less desirable as a social or work destination, as a 4PM close issuper early. Read more
I have a large deposit that I'd like to make and I'm looking at the brick and cafe's that you have to offer in my area and they... are all located on the east side of town as if that is where all your customers are. Nothing spread out. Chicago is a BIG city,a large market You have almost 3-4 centers all within 10miles of ea. other but I'll have to drive over 40mi for the closest one.Gee, I may have to take my business elsewhere. I went here at 1 pm on a Friday. When the cashier finally came to the counter he said he had no more coffee or tea to sell. They... had big sign inside saying $1 beverages. they closed at 6pm.. don?t know why they were even open then. Very disappointing. I've been going here ever since they've opened and today was my last time! The ambassadors don't do anything there and honestly... I'm not sure what their job is. Customer service was great before but during the past year has gradually declined. Today'sambassador yelled at me twice because I chose to drink my coffee inside while taking off my mask. He wished me a horrible day asI walked out.. Their obsession with policing masks is absurd. Even hired a security guard to be on his phone the entire day.Although I enjoy the coffee and the baristas are fantastic but these ambassadors need to go or at least change their mentalityabout a sickness that is already ending. Please do not segregate business owners by limiting them to a first come first serve ?nook?. Consider allowing them to reserve... the meeting rooms once a month. I want a bank that empowers its members; but I do appreciate the free caramel macchiatos. Read more

Wow what a nice surprise! Freaky beautiful, spacious, modern looking coffee shop with Peets coffee and discounts for capital one... card holders too! They have a great happy hour for 50% of your drink 3-6 m-w for anyone. I'm really impressed by the miniconference space they have for small meetings or quiet conversations too. Read more
Please do not use a cup, a lid, and a sleeve when i brought my own mug. Totally defeat the purpose of me trying to reduce waste.... You can use a stainless steel pitcher to pour into my mug if you don't wanna touch my clean mug! We are way pass the point wherewe know COVID do NOT transmit through food and surfaces!
