If I could give zero stars, I would!!! My mom is allergic to shrimp and went in to order a bowl with beans rice and spicy... Chicken and is always observant of staff preparing her food when going out, especially when she knows they prepare any type ofshell fish. She noticed the staff mishandled and cross contaminated her food by touching another order with shrimp in it andpolitely asked to have it replaced, to her dismay all of the management were rude and said she was lying. She missed her mealand frankly, being an establishment in a hospital close to the emergency wing you would think they would be more ethical butmost importantly you would think they would take more precautions for food safety regulations, to avoid accidents like this. Allmanagement were at fault as all were asked for alternitives but the name of the cashier was A. Aquino! Read more

I?ve been purchasing meals here probably every week, I truly liked the food and they have decent portions although prices keep... increasing. Today I bought a shrimp bowl which was my favorite. I got nauseous as soon as I chewed on a half frozen shrimp thatleft my mouth full of water. I noticed they were all cold and not cooked. I couldn?t eat the rest of my lunch unfortunately so$13 down the drain. Another thing I would point out to improve quality service is making sure employees wear and change theirgloves, I?ve seen masks under the chin and sneezing over food. The buffet area where meals are prepared could be somewhatcleaner, it?s a food business after all and working right under customers eyes. The music is too loud every time and employeescan?t hear peoples requests, that I?ve heard from several customers and it?s frustrating. Read more

I don't appreciate the racist "wonton / chop suey font" that you use in your reataurant. This is the 21st century. Do better.

Your workers shouldn't be allowed to serve their friends first when they have a customer that was already in line ahead of them.... She ended up fixing their food first, and I was completely ignored while the worker was engaging in a conversation with herfriends. I just ended up walking out. I just saw another review that a young lady posted. She stated how poc are treateddifferently from others and I agree with her wholeheartedly. .. Read more

My review is not about Burrito Beach (food is good) but about this particular location. Portion sizes get smaller and smaller... while prices keep going up. It is like a factory production line, but nobody knows what they are doing. You make an order andhave to repeat it to every worker along the line. Ridiculous Read more

This place is cool, you can basically get every possible Mexican dish within reason: shrimp tacos, steak burrito, chicken... quesadilla etc. After you?ve chosen your entree type and protein - they have vegan options too - you can choose your toppings, etc. There is open seating as well as some pretty darn good strawberry lemonade. Located in Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Ienjoy going here after doctors appointments. Read more
