we ordered from the totem (with questionable functioning) we received a totally wrong order, after insisting on having the... receipt to check the order, since there was no menu, they realized the mistake and added what was missing. Too bad then thesandwiches were wrong. Read more
Absolute joke. Ordered a sandwich at the terminal, waited forever, asked the (seemingly not interested) person at the counter... about it: "oh, we don't have that. You have to order a different one". Refunds not possible - and price difference if I chose adifferent sandwich will not be made up for because "all sandwiches cost the same". I ordered a meal for my 9 years old (1 royal crispy chicken burger and 1 chicken fries) with no receipt , little did I know the... order would come wrong. And in 15 mins went back to them to inform that they gave me a wrong order of 2 chicken fries. Theperson I talked to just argued and I was surprised that he wasn?t even courteous to hear me and understand. Wait a minute, thisis at the Chicago airport and how many times such thing might me happening that customer comes back with such a kind incident .Really, you had to argue and also say that the no receipt transaction is something they don?t want to look into.
