7-21-22 @ 4:20pm I made a big order drive thru. I had order many whoppers my total was $65 With cents. When I got my order I... couldn?t count fast enough in my bag all of my orders but I knew I was missing. I told the rude cashier that gave me my orderand she right away gave me her attitude and assure me everything was in my bag. I responded with a sorry and a thank you. Nasty place , I ordered food thru drive tru and when I get home my fries were mixed with receipts, the receipts were on the... bottom of my fries cup , I won't buy food from this place anymore! I want to post the pictures but it won't let me do it ,Nasty!!! Read more

Technical glitches and all, still better than any competitor. Sadly, the lobby fountain drink dispenser was not functional,... neither was the ice cream machine, in a 90+ degree scalding day. Topping off my customer experience was the non-existent WiFi...That allows you to connect only to not have internet access. So u waited for almost 10 mins for a dine in fountain drink for$2.72, no ice cream cone, no internet and myself wondering why I was not gratis'd the purchase. The survey code on the receiptwas invalid also, kinda figured because nothing seemed to work properly at this location. Where is the store manager, districtor regional managers to realign the value and brand? Sadly, this location just lacked much of anything though the power outletdid provide adequate charge for a boost up on the cell phone battery. Read more
