Went through drive through for chicken fries and fries. The chicken fries were ridiculously cold I asked for them to make a new... batch they took the chicken fries but told us to back up behind the red pole so that the time tracker can reset. So I was thrown at this Burger King because I was in the area. I will be honest I stopped eating burgers a few years back trying... to be more health conscious. Nevertheless, I wanted something light so I ordered fries, chicken fries and a cookie withwater. Pro- the bathrooms were fairly clean and the ambiance was fairly welcoming. The wait time is long and when you areserved the meal is cold. I have been at a few Macdonald?s and I see why their competitor is doing better than them. AtMcDonald?s if you order a meal and you are dining in the server finds your table because you collected a number after your orderwhich enabled the server to find you and present you with a warm meal. Moreover , they welcomed you as you entered as well. Nowthat is called good customer service. Besides I thought businesses tried to outdo their competitor but not Burger King ????. Came in for French toast with a drink. I realized they gave me Chicken fingers instead. I called the restaurant and the girl... right away said ?OH YEAH WE KNOW ALREADY?. Perfect example of a ?I?m just here for the money? worker. If you guys hate your jobsso much I don?t understand what?s so hard about looking for something else. Been coming to this burger King for years was a regular when the polish Manger over night was top tier. Visited my go to spot... burger King on Pulaski in the after noon second shift drive thru all new employees all bums messed up my order had to park andjump out to get my order fixed .only one young Latino line worker took it upon himself to make my order correctly thumbs up tohim but the rest of the crew garbage .guy taking orders from drive thru second shift heavy set guy need to get fired .local soI will be coming back faithful but will order in person to make sure order is up to the standards of my bk Read more
