The burgers are really good here, prices are reasonable for what you get. Sometimes they were slow, but they did the best they... could. That?s only due to the fact that they serve a large number of customers and cannot keep up with the intense demand,especially in the evening. Nonetheless, I regularly come here and bring my family. It's a Burger King, so you should know what to expect, and what you're getting. The cashier was awesome and friendly. The people... working here are always so nice and they provide best customer service. The food was typical, but fresh. I really enjoyed it,and the onion rings were perfect... not cold or soggy like they sometimes are at other burger king. Read more
This is the worst burger King I've ever gone to. They randomly just close down or 20 minutes at a time, and the employees are... extremely rude. Whoever was working window on the night of 10/18 with the colored hair is very unprofessional. I will nevervisit this location again. Read more
I?ve been a longtime Chicagoan and have seen some things but this Bk is pretty much a homeless shelter in the morning. My ac was... out so I mixed it up and went here a few times but these guys are pretty much just taking over the whole dining room, chargingtheir phones, yelling things in a crazy singsong voice, sizing up customers. Service took forever I had to wait for the employees to finish there conversation before i could order. Mind you there was... nobody else ordering. The washroom had no toilet paper. I asked for toilet paper and almost crapped myself waiting. The dryerdidnt work in the men's room. The food was ok I'll never come back! Read more
The cashiers here are rude, they have one person working the drive thur and the front counter. So they took forever to take my... order at the counter and forever to receive my food. Prices for the portions are crazy. I had to go threw the drive thru becauseI forgot something, they took my order and never gave me a total. When I got to the window the lady just asked for money and Ihad no clue how much to give her, so I asked how much. She wasn?t even able to tell me in a way I understood (English). So wesat there for a minute while she used her fingers for the total since I had cash. Not sure why they just didn?t use the sameperson, instead the one who took my order was in the kitchen and one of the food baggers was taking my money and handing my foodover. Read more
