This is my to go to BK it never feld me before but recently it has been disappointing me the past 2 or 3 times I have gone I've... had problems with the food they take forever I don't know if they're new or somewhat I get that and understand but they takemore then 25 minutes to prepare 2 burgers but they should do something about. The girls at these location are rude for no reason. You 2 front desk should of probably stay home
Wouldn't go back to this location. It's quite clear everyone is undertrained and the attitude is why do I have to be here. They... messed up my burger as it was supposed to be 2 patties, not 1. Then they proceeded to give me an attitude like it was somehow myfault. They said they would make an another patty and give it to me to put on myself. All the while, the rest of my food sat andgot cold waiting for this second patty. That's where things are at BK nowadays, make the food yourself. Go to a differentlocation if you're going to BK. I have been ordering through Uber eats. The last three consecutive orders have had significant amount of items missing. This... time was is last, we are missing three medium fries and one large onion ring. Of course I get refunded through Uber eats, but itis so frustrating that this is literally the third time and it?s still cannot be done right. I ordered the family value pack,the nuggets are supposed to be 16 piece and it?s an eight piece and we have no fries. My kids are still hungry. One, two, threestrikes you?re out. I spent $17 and the food was disgusting!!. 2 chicken sandwiches with no mayo. The chicken patties were salty as heck. A... whopper meal, where the whopper buns were totally cold. Burger king used to be my favorite junk food. Now it is just "junkfood". Read more
There was literally one nice person to help us while every other staff member is being rude. That?s the only reason for 2... stars. Kind of hard to enjoy a meal when there?s an employee in the kitchen screaming about the drive thru and complainingabout a headache. You gotta keep yourself composed at work that is extremely unprofessional. Only came to this location becauseit was the only option. Read more
Management at this location needs to be more on top of their workers and how they provided service. Did a drive-thru order.... Ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks 8pc and a chicken sandwich meal. Once I got home, which is literally 5 minutes away, thecheese sticks were cheddar which I clearly asked for mozzarella AND they were old and cold. They were definitely not fresh. Myfries were also cold. I asked for sweet and sour sauce as well and that was not provided. The sauce eh, it?s fine but the food!I?m sorry but not acceptable. The customer service is also very poor.
