I had no issues. Fast service. Clean restroom. One cashier was multitasking. Her name Shaneeka. She was working and drive thru... and the front. I ordered online, through the app, the woman at the drive-thru was rude, my order was wrong, and when I called customer service... they gave me a $5 credit that I cannot use on any combos or meals, only for individual items. I've had issues before, andthey've always corrected them at the restaurant, but the workers didn't have a clue on how to fix it, they told me to contactMs. Brown if I wanted the order to be fixed. First off, the staff was busy talking to each other knowing it was printer lunch hour. Ordered 2 impossible whoppers one... without onions. What I got was patty, bread, cheese, and 1 pickle. No lettuce, tomato onion or condiments, fries were cold andthey had no diet coke. This location seems to draw in a lot of strange people. I don't think I would go back. Plus the amount ofmoney spent I would have been better off going some place else. Read more

This Burger King made me miss the Burger King I normally go to off of Randall in Lake in the Hills. The lady at the counter did... not seem to be in a very good mood. She seemed very straightforward and ignored any "thank you" I gave her. The order wascompleted fairly fast however when she gave me my order she forgot to drink and had to me without even looking at me and walkedaway after she turned back she saw how I was still standing there to which she said "what do you need?" I told her that I hadnot received my drink she asked what it was and went and grabbed it quickly without saying anything else like "sorry that sheforgot". Not a pleasant experience but also not worth making a comment about however when I got to my car and took out myburger, not only was it burnt (see picture) but also oddly enough it was cold. My only assumption would be that this burger hadbeen made a while ago and had been sitting there. The drink also tasted like there was something wrong with the mixture . I ordered a double hamburger and some chicken nuggets. I didn't receive a receipt and didn't care because I used my card so I... knew what I spent would be shown there. I also wasn't even asked what sauce I'd like and I didn't ask anyway because I didn'tmind any sauce for the nuggets, the usual being either barbecue, sweet and sour or even ranch, I like them all. But I receivedmarinara sauce!!! which makes zero sense. My burger was also 'dirty' looked like it fell on the floor or someone sprinkled somemystery substance on it. How do you prepare food and not look at it? Simple answer- you don't! So unless someone was out to feedme contamination or not fully aware of their job I wouldn't have expected this.
