The chicken wings came out with feathers, I told the waitress to change and she said that they are all like that, they don't... wash it, they take it out of the package and put it in the fryer that way, and put sauce on it and it's ready for the table???? we lost our appetite. Service was good dining in but if you are placing your order to go or to pick up. be careful where they have your food anyone... could pick up and walk out with your food which they did to us that were sitting here waiting for them to remake it. Read more
First visit . I ordered hot wings , carrots and celery because there was no lettuce to order a salad. Then the waitress came... back and said that there was so good. Place is empty during this time which surprises me. It is nice and cool in here. The foodwas ordered but came out separately. It came out cool not hot , dry overcooked chicken with sauce, fries were stale or friesthat were sitting. Asked for the manager . He ( Julio) was pleasant and had the exact words I wanted to say. I rarely give reviews on any restaurant experience because I worked for the food industry for years. It's hard and consumers are... demanding. But when you go out to a restaurant the least you want is a clean atmosphere. Food was okay, service okay, but therestaurant was dirty. I hope this is not taken as a critic but as an opportunity to improve the restaurant. Managers please sethigher standards for your servers. I mean the silverware polished (by me) vs not polish.
