Quality not consistent for Online order. First time amazing. Second time the shrimp and cod are cold. Third time missing a tots.... Please stay consistent! Read more

Was looking for some place to eat but everything was closed around my location, after Google-ing a bit I found this place open... inside the Willis Tower, I ordered the catch of the day with the veggie box, very simple presentation, is served in a bowl withveggies of your choice at the bottom and meat of choice on top, veggies were very tasty and crisp but the fish was almosttasteless, I think they need to work a bit on that. Fresh cod, deliciously breaded for the CLT seasonal special (cod, lettuce, tomato sandwich). The photo displaying the special on... their board doesn't do it service - it is a massive meal with fries and can be split by 2 people. Oddly the bread waspre-grilled as they grabbed the sandwich bread from underneath the counter, so the bottom slice was a little hard. But the freshveggies, fried cod, and tartar sauce were great. The showstopper is their fries, seasoned and battered with a nice crunch whilethe potato inside is light and fluffy. Boss sauce is good, but their buttermilk ranch and tartar sauce were the better sauceshands down. If they fix the bread problem, this whole dish is fantastic! Read more

The salmon was good and so was the sauce. I got the veggies to be healthy. They were saturated in oil! I used 10 napkins to... remove oil! Read more

Good lunch place to get fresh fish prepared right after you order. Our family of 6 stopped by Brown Bag Seafood Co at Willis... Tower on June 30, 2022. This is a small lunch place and we chose it based on reviews. The food was fresh and tasty. We saw howit was prepared after we placed the order. The portions are medium. The food is served on paper baskets and you order at thecounter and then pick it and sit in the lobby. Fast-food style service, not really a restaurant. The ordering process was alsointeresting as you just circle you choices with a marker on and individual menu. Great idea! However, even with this method somesmall items like sides and extra sauces were not entered right and had to be re-done after order was complete. Appetizers:Truffle-Parm Tots - good Mains: Fish & Chips - good Salmon with greens on the side - good Sesame tuna - pass. Quite smallportion even though I got "large". The sesame sauce was on the side. Daily Catch with greens and grains on the side -good. Overall, good place to grab some freshly made fish for lunch if you are around. Somehow based on the reviews we expectedmore. Read more

Well, you fooled me. ?Restaurant? should be reserved for a place you sit down and a wait-staff takes your order. Just flew in,... staying at the Hilton and the salmon salad sounded nice. It was. But?the ?restaurant? is in the food court of the localtourist trap. The salad was good, mind you, but the food court vibe was not what I was expecting. Read more

Went to Brown Bag Seafood Co. for lunch one afternoon and was very pleasantly surprised by the food. The menu allows you to... construct your meal by choosing your fish and the manner in which it is cooked, as well as how it is served (e.g., sandwich, salad, etc.) There are a few choices of sides (including tater tots!) and for beverages as well. I had a shrimp sandwich withtater tots and everything I had was delicious. The only negatives were that the food took quite a bit of time to prepare, eventhough I was the only person waiting for food. It's a bit of a weird feeling when there's a small army of staff behind thecounter all laughing and joking with each other and you're just waiting and waiting for your food. Also, there are about fivedifferent types of sauce available to put on your food. A couple of these looked interesting, but I was unable to try thembecause the containers were empty and had not been replenished. These are minor issues, though, with what was a very enjoyablelunch. Also, the shrimp sandwich, tots and a Diet Coke ran close to $20. This Brown Bag is in the Sears Tower, so I guess someof that is to be expected. Read more
