I made a reservation through Tock on Thursday afternoon for Friday at 5:00PM. I paid for the Dining Room Experience x 2. We... arrived at 4:55. The hostess said, "I can't find your reservation, but I will seat you." I showed the hostess my confirmationand asked about the $20 seating fee. She said not to worry because I provided proof of the reservation. A server approached thetable after 10 minutes. We asked for sparkling water and ordered cocktails. There was confusion about the menu, but we orderedCod Fritters and White Truffle Fries. The server then informed us the Fritters were not available. One of the managers walkedover to our table. Kim asked, "Is everything okay?" We said no. The Truffle fries were cooked hard, not crispy. Kim requestedanother order of fries and informed us the Fritters were available. She also checked on our cocktails. She explained thecomputer system was down when they opened and apologized for the miscommunication about the menu and reservation. I enjoyed mycocktail, Brand New. It was like a summer drink; it was light and refreshing. The Cod Fritters were crispy but soft and squishyon the inside, but the fries were as hard as the first order. I asked for sparking water, but when another server refilled ourwater glasses, he added distilled water to my glass. We decided not to stay for dinner. I asked for the check. Of course, the$20 credit was not on the bill. Kim checked on us again. She adjusted the bill. The physical space is clean and airy, and Iappreciated the holders for the utensils so that your silverware never rests on the table directly. The noise level isconversational friendly, and you can still hear the music playing. I will give Bronzeville Winery another chance because of thecomputer glitch and miscommunication with the staff. However, the timing of the appetizers and cocktails needs to improve. Read more
Nice casual dining restaurant. Fun and friendly atmosphere. Food was great. Steak was flavorful, cooked a little longer than we... wanted but not bad. Tasty burger and fries was excellent. We loved the shrimp, Brussels spouts, and sweet potatoes shreds.Cocktails were ok... They were not consistent each round. The wine pours were small but good. Pairing recommendations were notsuggested so we guessed. The only complaint would be the music volume was high. Dinner conversations were forced because youhave to talk over the music. Our server ask the DJ to lower the volume which he did for about 30 minutes. I will go again. Happyto have such a gem in Bronzeville! Read more
I'm so glad I finally got a chance to check this place out. Lots of delicious vegan and vegetarian options, but plenty of things... for the omnivores to eat as well. Graciously offered tastings of a couple of wines before I decided to go with an orange wine,which I had never heard of before. But was very nice and paired well with the watermelon steak. Didn't get a chance to reallytaste the cocktails but the sip of my friend's that I had was delicious. I would go back just to try some of those. Service wasfriendly and attentive. I didn't notice a service charge, but gratuity was added automatically. Less to think about, so that'scool. It's a wonderful addition to the city. Read more
Darling! Yes, please. Deliciousness. Food and service was amazing. Highly recommend the Shrimp appetizer dish, Brussels sprouts... and Gnocchi. The drinks were really good too. And the music was jamming! Cheers! Read more

First off it?s gorgeous. The art on the walls blew my mind. Gorgeous. Great ambiance. Servers were fabulous, way above and... beyond. Food is fantastic. Everything was delicious!! We had the Brussels sprouts appetizer, the seafood gnocchi and the veganburger. All fantastic! Highly recommend!! They also brought these delicious little petite four style cakes for my birthday.
