I've been here a few times and worked through their menu and it's been pretty hit or miss for me. High on presentation but not... as good as the price tag suggests (this is a ten dollar for 2 tacos place). Today, I had fried chicken tacos with ghost peppersauce... so greasy it made me feel ill, and not spicy at all. Couldn't eat much of it.Then I had carne asada tacos ... The meattasted like it was stewed in a slow cooker rather than grilled, to the point I thought I got the wrong tacos. To their credit, they were pretty nice to me abd attentive. Friendly people here. And their mixed drinks are great. But I'm just not feeling it.I hate paper straws. I also dislike QR Code menus. But I was mainly a let down by the food. Read more
My 1st experience at this establishment was beyond excellent! Very impressed by our server Chris Z. We notice his friendly... personality & professional demeanor instantly after being greeted by him. He was attentive & made great recommendations for uson drinks & food. Leaving both myself and my fiancé with no other choice but to come back again! Overall a pretty sweet place. It’s got a modern vibe, with some city class. I went there on a first date and we had a good... time. I’d say the atmosphere there was perfect for one. This place is a vibe or in more review friendly words, its very nice! The atmosphere is very nice cool and swanky. My only... complaint is the restrooms. It is very little access or no access and not a lot of space. I didn't take a picture of our tacosbut you must get 12 tacos for $50 and get them all! They are lip smackin! Read more
I love coming here, there’s always such a good vibe. The drinks and food are always amazing, so there will never be a... complaint for me! Not to mention the staff is awesome. Our server was named Jeanne and she was incredible! So kind, talkative,and personal with customers, she just made our time worth while and kept us super happy! This is my one of our favorite spots to come for drinks and a bite to eat. We love the atmosphere and we have always had great... service. The tacos are all really yummy. Also the orange salsa they serve is my favorite. It has ginger and cinnamon in it. The flavor is unique and goes well with the shrimp tacos. Read more
This place has lots of seating, lots of vibes and a great atmosphere. The tacos are delicious, but a bit overpriced. The servers... are very young and can come off a bit rude at times! They have a judgey attitude and most of what they do is just walking aroundrefilling water and asking if you are done yet. It's a loud environment and filled with DePaul students. The food is really goodand the margarita pitcher is a good deal for a group! I would get take out instead of dine in next time, though. Read more
