Tried one last time to support this place, and was once again let down. My bad, won?t try again. It?s not good anymore and... everyone has a really unwelcoming attitude. I totally understand bad days, but I?ve been here a few times in the past two yearsand it?s been awful every time. This time, I waited forever to order, got to the counter and ordered 6 bagels, paid, waited somemore, then they told me they were out of three of the six kinds of bagels. I asked for a refund since this was for guests at myhouse, and they just had a huge attitude towards me like it was my fault. No apology, nada. A friend of mine was in line and hada worse experience than I did, and said his bagels were not good. I?ve been in the service industry and I get being in theweeds, but not every day. Every time I come here, I?m reminded why I?ve avoided coming here. For years now, this business has not learned how to be... efficient. I ordered a bagel for online pick up at 10:55am and after waiting for 30+ minutes at the store I received my order at11:45pm. I wish people would stop giving this place their business but unfortunately it?s the only decent bagel spot in thearea. Read more
I ordered a Bacon Egg and Chedder on an everything bagel.. Not only did it take 15minutes to get our order but the bagel itself... was super salty and they forgot the most important ingredient... the bacon! It's not hard to remember one of three ingredients.Overpriced egg and cheddar bagel. Disappointed. Read more

Just another disappointing Chicago bagel shop. Bacon egg and cheese.. It?s basically a scrambled egg sandwich without any... flavor, and a hint of burnt bread. If you are visiting from new york / Philly (or from there and live here now..) and lookingfor something remotely comparable (they aren?t here), this definitely is not the spot. Save yourself 10 bucks and go toDD. Room temp bitter ?iced coffee? to top it off. The search continues for anything that resembles a real bagel sandwich inthis town! Read more
Agree with some of the other reviews. The quality has really gone down. Barely any cream cheese on this pretty expensive bagel.... Often times the bagels are extremely hard although today I admit the bagel itself had a great crust and soft inside so that?s atleast good. Overall not really worth it anymore. Read more
Best thing is the Pesto Cream cheese, other than that this place was great a few years ago but really fell off due to the lack... of choices and hours. The lady that used to work there was great. We miss her. Read more
