If it is possible to give a ZERO for customer service, I would absolutely give it in a nano second. I live a block away and... every time at the drive thru, I always experienced extremely rude unprofessional behaviors. I do like the food and it is closeby but staff needs to change! My friend is addicted to mashed potatoes and corn!! All I could think of to order was the combo so I did it on Uber for him the... chicken was a little dry to be honest little bland with the mashed potatoes and corn are the bomb!!!! Ordered grub hub tonight. Idk why my expectations were higher but I ordered a sandwich that looked good enough .. they just... didn?t give me my sandwich. Ordered chicken soup which dropped in the bag & soaked everything in the bag. Even the Apple fritterdessert was dry and just ew - everything was a bad .. will never order from them again ???? My parents would take me and my brothers here every single outing we had together and it was the best. I?m 28 now and this is... still my go to place. This morning I placed an ordered to be picked up at 3pm. Upon arrival I was told that my order was delaydue to having a busy rush which they sincerely apologized. They were so accommodating and extremely nice that I didn?t mind. Iended up ordering a bit more. Shoutout to all the staff today! They made my moms birthday a very special day.
