Blaze Pizza State St (so worth a visit!) Visited early evening on Thursday, August 11th, 2022 My husband, daughter and I spent... the day in Chicago? my daughter and I look have lots of food allergies, so finding a place to eat creates anxiety. We knew BlazePizza offers gluten free, dairy free pizzas, so we headed there to get some pizzas to go. All of the guys working were sofriendly, helpful and attentive to our allergy needs- they have a special sauce container used only for the gluten free pizzasthat one employee made sure was used for ours, and they have a pizza cutter specific for gluten free pizzas. The food was good, but the service was atrocious. Staff were rude and pushy, and they treated us like we were a burden when we... tried to decide on toppings or pick flavors. What insulted me the most, however, was the way that they treated us when pickinga pizza. We tried to order at the section with the dough, but they rudely told is we needed to go to the register to order.Immediately after that, however, they took another guys order at the dough section. When I asked a question about the high risecrust, the woman handling the dough laughed at me. And when I asked about the cheesy bread she and another guy laughed at me aswell. I?ve never felt so disrespected. We just wanted some pizza, and they laughed at us, insulted us, and treated usdifferently than other customers. It's like the subway of pizzas! You can pick and choose everything on your pizza. I love getting the 2 top pizza with chicken... and bacon when I'm dining in. They bake the pizza right in front of you and it's a lot quicker than expected. You can even get ahalf pizza (about 3 slices worth) which i think is really neat for those days you don't want an entire one. The lemonades theyserve are also very enjoyable. Only thing I dislike is the lack of parking available in this area but I mean?it's chicago. Read more
My grandson loves this chain of restaurants. We went to this restaurant when I took him to Chicago for a weekend and it was a... short walk from our hotel, He loved the pizza and the dinner was a success but I have never been to a dirtier restaurant in mylife and I have traveled to many third world countries The floor was flithy even the area where the napkins were place wascovered with dust. I was going to have a salad but opted for something "baked". There is no reason to have a place so dirty!!Really disgusting! Read more

Blaze is my go to for thin crust pizza. Always dine in as it gets a bit soggy in pickup or delivery Both spicy red sauce and... white sauce base are delicious Blaze pizza is totally value for money Read more
This place is SO cool!!!!!!!!! It's like Subway for pizza! One pizza is enough for 1-2 people depending on how hungry you are.... The atmosphere is very nice and clean and is a total vibe. It's so different from other pizza places for sure. The food is goodquality and yummy. The whole process is fun and cool amd even their drinks are great. I love this place and will continue tokeep coming back. Good music also. This place is so cool!!! Read more
This place is great for hanging out with friends and eating pizza. What's cool is that you get to choose the toppings that you... want your pizza to have. It's like Subway but for pizza. Overall, my experience was really great and I would definitely comeback here! Read more
