Stopped here today, at 715, with plenty of time to spare before closing From the get go, it was obvious that the crew here was... under prepared for handling an influx of online orders and walk-ins at once. From the self admitted new girl, to what I'massuming was the employee in charge who was yelling at her co workers to figure it out, this place was a mess In addition, Iwatched them make my order, and then forget about as they debated about who does what. I saw my burned pizza be thrown away,with no update on if I'd get a new one. The employee in charge was also accosting the new girl to figure it out and not askobvious questions Even better, an employee also decided to just quit right then and there, leaving them even more shorthanded. At this point, I couldn't get any employees'attention, as the person in charge was occupied on her phone trying to gethelp and talking so everyone could hear , but failing to come back to the front. I had to leave to catch a train, why waitaround for another round of sub par service and poor attitude. Blaze is a great pizza place, prices are great, the wait isn't too long at all, and it's super convenient. You can get pre-set... pizzas or a custom pizza. Lots of different sauces, cheeses, toppings, and even crusts to pick from. There's even keto crustsand gluten free crusts for those with dietary restrictions or in diets. Workers here are also friendly and food comes out fasteven during the lunch rush. Read more
Terrible customer service. Server is extremely rude and arrogant and can't wait to kick people out of the restaurant. They did... not let us sit for a second after we have placed the order wanting us to stand and behaved rudely with another customer right infront of us who forgot to pay the bill and asked them to leave. Basic courtesy can go a long way and Blaze pizza just lost acustomer. Read more

Incredibly rude worker ran me off before closing. Closing is posted as 8pm. At 7:40pm they had already taken out the soda... machine and at 7:45pm gave me a reminder they'd be closing soon... a few minutes afterward she gave me the biggest attitude andsaid "Sir, I said we're closed." I tried to say that the sign said it said 8:00 to which she just replied "Well, staffshortage, we're closed." It was crazy rude and I would have never gone there if I wouldn't have even had time to finish my meal-- why even let me stay there when I got there at 7:30 if they were making up this new closing time that's posted absolutelynowhere.
