Strips and waffle fries at Mid-way. Efficient ordering system and fast service for an airport. Friendly service. Huge portion... for reasonable price. Competitive with the competition. Read more

Got this at Chicago midway airport. Service was ok, the place was very busy. $12 gets you a sandwich and fries. Fries are good,... can?t complain there. Sandwich is dry. Really dry. Not much seasoning. Read more

We stopped by Navy Pier to grab a quick early dinner (3:31p CT) and chicken and fries were cold. The sad truth, the restaurant... was not busy and there were no crowds. I would not recommend this location. Read more

Horrible experience. The front cashier worker was rude first of all and barley even put effort into talking. Then I get my $17... chicken with extremely salty and spicy patch of seasoning on a part of the strips. Then on the other parts of the the strip arecompletely plain. Fries are way to crunchy, pretty much hash browns. And I waited 20 minutes for this horrendous meal! Read more

We arrived at the midway airport at 7:30 pm from Memphis. When we checked restaurants in our terminal, big city chicken was open... until 8:00 pm. By the time we made it to the restaurant at 7:45 pm and they said they were closing. My family and a bunch ofcustomers were confused. My dad told one of the employees that there are still 15 minutes till closing and if he can order. Thelady was very rude and ignored him. They didn?t give us a reason why they were closing early and they didn?t even try toacknowledge us. Read more

Out of all the places to get food at Navy Pier, this is the place to be. $13 for a chicken sandwich may seem expensive but guys... it?s literally Navy Pier what do you expect? Plus the chicken sandwiches come with waffle fries and they?re beautifullyseasoned. Staff is friendly for the most part. We also got the strawberry lemonade and that was good too. Read more

Just finished eating the meal purchased at Midway. Wait time wasn't bad for how busy they were at the time. This was the best... part of the experience. The chicken smelled and tasted fishy. Seasoning is very bland, fries were soggy, very very greasytexture, not crisp at all. If Raising Caine's made more bland and soggy chicken, this would be it. Do not recommend if you'relooking for chicken with flavor, texture and want it to smell like chicken. Eat at the pork chop place a little further down(where I wish I had gone instead). Read more

Beware of the surcharge not mentioned anywhere on their store front. I received the two cups of ranch sauce filled to 1/4. How... cheap on the sauce can they be? The chicken strips were half way cooked. Do not buy from this place. Read more
