It?s looks old ,tired and unattractive. The pizza is average although I did like the cheese.Sauce tended towards... sweet.Ingredients fresh.Sausage bland. Worst customer service ever. I ordered food that never was delivered. Never received a call. I called back an hour later n... constantly for 30 mins was hung up on.even when I was just asking if they could ask the driver how long. The girl who answeredrepeated my number incorrectly back to me. N hung up yet again.When I finally received a manager she was dismissive. Saying theycall even that the placed called and I never received Any calls period.my husband was even outside waiting for them so how didtheir driver not see him than huh. Truly disrespectful to a longtime customer. Than have the nerve to say they aren't doingdeliveries anymore when I had called off another phone just to see and they preceded to take the order. So I guess just no moredeliveries on a obviously mistake on their part. Liars. Btw the manager is whom said they won't do deliveries any more. Benny's is great, but they close pretty much whenever they feel like it. If they're within 2 hours of their posted closing time,... they're probably already closed. It's a bummer when you think you've got more than enough time before closing, but great thatthe workers are able to close whenever they feel like it. Benny's is really a 5* pizza place and the other menu items are prettysolid too. Their unpredictable hours are pretty disappointing though, which gives them a 3*. Read more

Horrible customer service , ordered a pizza well done and what i got was a soggy pizza called and asked to speak with manager... and he did not seem to care . The crust tastes like it was made with the bland cardboard sold as store-bought dough. There is almost no sauce. I'd maybe go... here for a slice if I needed a snack in a pinch, but otherwise leaves so much to be desired. Read more
