Service was very quick. Our server, Irving, made our experience here very enjoyable. He was very attentive and checked on... everyone in the dining area. We were catching the train to D.C and this was our first time trying deep dish pizza, and to say it was amazing would be an... understatement. Food was hot, fresh but truly the real cherry on top was the customer service. The young gentleman who took ourorder helped us with menu choices, and continuously checked on us and all of the people around us. We went here to grab some dinner before our train. There was some human error with our order, but the staff handled it... incredibly graciously. They apologized and we got amazing service. The apps and deep dish are absolutely delicious. We hadfried pickles, curds and cheddar bites with a deep dish. Get the extra cheese with your deep dish, you won't be sorry? Read more
Nice thin crust pizza with loads of veggies or I shall say toppings. Nice cheese and well done. Will order it again. Only I... felt bit if seasoning could be more or they can send, we also ordered wings and it was great too????. Read more
I decided to go here for a stuffed deep dish pizza because some other places were really busy and this one is also close to... Sears Tower. The pizza took 50 minutes to make, but they had a few TVs on with different shows which made the time pass bypretty nicely. I will say that the pizza was super hot and ended up bending the fork I was using to eat it. The crust was also abit hard to cut through with the plastic nice so I was definitely burning some calories while eating here. The ingredients werepretty great and I was stuffed after just two pieces of the small sized pizza. There was also a ton of cheese inside, which isprobably what melted the fork, bit it tasted really good. The only problem I kind of had with the pizza is they didn't have awhite sauce or pesto option. That would have gone better than the marinara sauce I had to chose. Read more
Excellent customer service team, great management, and fair price. I love this beggars location and it’s near home. The... management here always make sure my pizza is right and I appreciate them. We are from out of state and had a layover and I wanted to try some real Chicago deep dish pizza for the first time. This place... was super close and easy to walk to from the train station. We ordered a small deep dish pizza and waiting to eat it till wewere on the train and we ate in the dome car on the Amtrak. Best pizza I've ever had. Will definitely be back next time I'm inChicago.
