The chicken is made fresh when you order it, so don't expect to get your food as quickly as one would at KFC. I've tried a few... flavors, and I love them all. You can get mild chicken, and you can get knock-your-socks-off spicy chicken. My wife loves theirbubble tea. The French fries are ok. Visited chicago with a friend and was excited to try food from here. Got the secret spicy chicken wings, and mashed taro coconut... milk with bubble tea. Wings were pretty good, but milk tea was awful. It had this nasty slimy substance coming up the straw andI wanted to exchange the drink for cheaper drink without even asking for a refund on the original. Workers said no refund orexchange which means I wasted almost $7 on a drink. Make sure you aren?t willing to try something new here and be adventurousbecause if you do, and don?t like your order, be ready to waste your money, or get your charge disputed through your bank. We had a very disappointing and infuriating experience at bb.q Lincoln Park. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Mind you, we... have been to multiple locations and have ordered from this location as well multiple times as we like this franchise. Weordered 4 different types of chicken for take out. When we picked up the order we asked the employee in the front, confirming ifall the items that we ordered were in the bag. To add, we made sure to double check because they have forgotten a part of ourorder in the past. We were assured that everything was in the bag. About 10 minutes later, right about when we came back homewith our order, we received a call from the restaurant saying that we had a missing item. We had to turn our car around to goback to pick up the missing item. Why did they tell us everything was in the bag without even checking? Had they double checkedand done their job correctly this wouldn't have happened. To add on, we ordered the honey garlic flavor but the "honey" garlicdid not have enough honey flavor and almost tasted closer to the soy garlic sauce. Again, we have ordered from here before aswell as other locations so we know what the honey garlic is supposed to taste like. It was overall a disappointing and annoyingexperience. Absolutely Amazing! Usually when I order chicken wings they are crunchy but dry. But these chicken wings are not only crunch but... also juicy. The flavor was good and the food was prepared and ready quickly. I really recommend this place to people who likechicken wings!! Read more
Very Korean style of Chicken or wings. I loved it and missed this taste. The taste is really similar when I was eaten in Korea.... The price is not cheap. But the food is worthy with this price. You can very easy to order the food by the machine. And thereare also have some bubble tea in the menu. But that would be the next store. I very enjoyed having dinner here. I would want tocome again soon. By the way, I have also order the Kimchi Fried Rice, which is also very good taste. Strongly recommend withadding the cheese. Horrible. They do not know ingredients for their chickens. They were not able to list allergens clearly when I received a call... right after ordering from their website asking me to change the order. I asked to cancel the order, and the employee on thephone agreed to cancel. But I was charged the full amount and did not get a refund yet. They think that peanuts are tree nuts.Making me wondering if they even take the mandatory allergen awareness training. Just avoid this location. People with tree nutsallergy and peanuts allergy, be extremely careful with this location. Shame on you. Read more
