The worse Baskin Robbins I've ever been to and usually out of ice cream. On my last visit I ordered a scoop of ice cream in a... cup and one on a cone. When I paid I asked for my receipt and noticed a extra charge for the cone and also the cup. When I askedwhat the fee was for I was told it's an extra fee they charge. If you get a cup or a cone. How is that not included in theprice? How else am I supposed to get the ice cream? In my hand? Bring my own dish? Be careful going here because they don't giveyou a receipt so unless you ask for one and look at your charges you'll never know about the extra charges. Read more
I ordered 2 sugar cubes and two regular cones each with one scoop and 3 long john donuts and was charged $20.20. after receiving... my receipt, I noticed I was charged for an extra cone which was $2.99, all he can say was that he charged me for an extra onesorry. No you overcharged me and then only gave me $2.99 back. Never again Read more
The girl with short red burgundy twist hair has a lousy attitude. She asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted 2 scoops,... Rocky Road at the bottom and Pralines-n-Cream on top. She was quick to say they don't have Rocky Road until I pointed to herthat they have a full tub. SMH. The whole entire short minutes of our order, she had a funky nasty attitude. Read more

Man I'm so mad. I go here all the time and I always get the young girls that have attitudes through the intercom and try to be... overly nice when you're at the window. Not only did the girl almost throw me my card and receipt, she gave me the wrong icecream, and unfortunately on my part, I didn't check the bag until I was home. I probably won't go back here, especially atnight. People who hate their jobs really need to be in a new line of work. They're going to lose a lot of money and businessbecause of the people that they hire. Read more
The absolute worst ice cream I have ever tasted. Me and my sister stopped to get a pint of sherbet and a large chocolate shake.... When the cashier brought my shake I thought she had given me the wrong order because it was the color of a coffee drink insteadof the deep brown chocolate color I'm used to seeing. It was horrible it tasted watered down like they had used some off brandcheap ice cream to make it and it cost me $7!!! The sherbet ice cream had no flavor whatsoever!!! I don't know hat kind of icecream they are using in there but I know for sure its not Baskin Robbins brand!!! Read more
