Baskin Robbins is a joke. Placed a personalized order online, went to pick it up on the scheduled day and guess what-no cake- an... hour before the event! Yet, no refund for it! I was told to the call customer service to get a refund, I then called thecustomer service and was told it's the store that has to issue a refund and that they will contact the owner and the owner willcall me directly. BS!!! not a single call. NO CAKE, NO REFUND. Read more
Terrible service.I was just asking a simple question regarding the Baskin Robbins app. The lady I asked didn't understand how to... use the app either and that's fine. But when I asked if she could get me someone who could help me so that I can order, she juststood there, looked me straight in the eye, and ignored me. Terrible service. Server ignores customers then doesn't listen. Manager (?i) was hanging out in back. Then they were yelling... at each other. There are lots of Baskin Robbins stores to choose from. Not this one. Read more
