Pay nearly $5.00 for a ice cream scoop and this Baskin Robbins location didn't even put a full roll of a scoop in the cup!!! It... literally wasn't even a full circle/scoop...just a few pieces of straight pieces of ice cream dropped in the cup. This is theworse one I've ever been to. Go to another one!!!! Read more
This business don?t care about costumers or about providing a good service . I waited after I paid one coffe they told me wait... by end of biulding. I waited so long for them to bring me a coffee with cinnamon out the cup and falling all over me and my car. And the manager don?t want to listen to costumers . I only ordered one ice cream and it was completely messed up. It was not labeled for the Uber driver, no receipt, and somehow... labeled as a coffee when it contained ice cream. The ice cream was not the kind I ordered with none of the toppings that Ifreaking paid extra for, and tasted so disgusting that even from the bit that I ate I feel sick, and it had the added bonus oflarge chunks of ice. I don't usually post stuff like this but wow this was extremely disappointing and honestly I want my moneyback. This place has a plethora of bad reviews on here. Avoid it if you can. Read more
So my boyfriend and son stopped here on the way home from the movies. We went to the drive thru and the guy was really rude. We... asked if we can have an Oreo milkshake. And he does a long sigh, pauses, and then responds with ? I guess I can make it? he wasjust really rude. We found it funny at the time I guess just by how shocked and it felt like a comedy movie. This place is unprofessional and GHETTO! The drive thru employee was RUDE!! Between her and the additional staff at window, they... were unwilling to provide their names for my management complaint. Which I fully intend to make once I can get through to theircorporate location. And just when things couldn't get any worse they tried to give me a DIRTY spoon that was not covered andsaid they had no plastic ware that was fresh!!! DISGUSTING !!! Horrible service, the workers are very rude. I ordered a caramel iced latte the other day through the drive thru and they gave... me a sugar free latte. I went into the store and told the indian lady at the front that they messed up my coffee and she wasvery rude and had a nasty attitude. She told me if i wanted sugar that it was in the back of the store, I told her i wanted anew coffee with the sweetened caramel swirl. She then threw the coffee into the garage can. This place always messes up mycoffee and they take a long time to get things done. Read more
Extremely unprofessional. I entered and walked right up the icecream counter where there were 3 employees standing. Not one... word, I waited a while and noone ever took our order. I had to say excuse me to get someone's attention and yet they stilldirected me to the register where there was noone lol. Not only was the service so slow, but I just ordered a simple hot chocolate was very water down was barely even around us so how... water down it was and then don?t even get me started on how bad my croissant was I don?t think a hot chocolate and a croissantthat?s toasted it is too much of a complicated order.
