If I could give this place a zero, I would. The employees couldn't get the orders right, then gave a horrible attitude when we... asked them to fix their errors. My recommendation: there's plenty of other dd and Baskin nearby, visit then instead. Read more

I have gone to this location on occasion and never had too many problems. The service was fast, place was a little decent, the... prices tend to be higher because of the location, the cashiers were nice and my orders has always been right - except one time,but that is ok! Read more

I'm a parent here in st. Louis. My daughter is a college student in Chicago and just left this store. Marco (or something close... to it) basically interigated her when she returned to the store seconds after leaving, because there was a hair in her icecream. It was not on top but in the middle hanging out from the side. He questioned her( I was witnessed via video chat) if shewas sure the long strand of hair didnt blow into the ice cream when she left. Then he began to make other suggestions on how thehair got in there. He even said there is nothing he can do about it. That was unacceptable and I urged my daughter to ask for anew one. He told her there were no refunds on purchases but he will do the courtesy of replacing it. I am flabbergasted thatsuch a large franchise operates like this. I called up to the store and spoke with the young man. I was a bit stern but he wasreceptive and apologetic. I appreciated that. He said he was only questioning her to verify it because his manager says he can'trefund or give away food. She is a paying customer. Whats crazy is that she has had a very stressful week trying to bounce backfrom a trauma. I encouraged her to go out and get something tasty. She was feeling fragile and ended up walking away from thatexperience feeling awful. We never ever know what someone is going through and as a business to show kindness and give greatcustomer care. A pretty good selection of ice cream and goodies. A kind of small building /waiting line area, but not too bad. If you get in... there at a busy time it could be crowded and you may have a kind of long wait. Customer service was okay but nothingexceptional. Read more

Ice cream tasted good. Mostly patronized by students. A few questionable people came in. One person harassed me while my 3... year old daughter ate ice cream. That part of the visit was not good. The establishment manager should keep people fromharassing their customers. I also asked for some napkins because the dispenser was empty. The employee asked me how manynapkins would I need. I shared with him that I didn't know how many napkins I would need. That was a weird question to evenask. I liked the ice cream, but would not go back due to a few seedy people ruining our mommy and daughter ice cream date. Read more
