I hate for these types of businesses to be in any community that I am in! The type of people who don't understand anything you... say until you pull your money out of your pocket and then all of a sudden the little light bulb finally kicks on in their head!And who was the guy with the big belly standing in the threshold of the door behind the register? I have never been to this location before and I wanted to give it a shot. No one was in line and the employee saw me walking up... to the counter. Typically this place is great and I haven't had a bad experience here before today, thus the spark of this review. I was with my... 3 and 2 year old daughters preparing to enjoy toddler time at Baskin Robbins when they stated they need to use the restroom. Iasked Terry, who seems to be some sort of supervisor, if I can be buzzed into the restroom for my daughters to which he replied"please", I didn't understand him the first time because of his accent but I said I'm sorry and he said "say please" as if hewasn't going to buzz the washroom for a paying customer. I felt this was blatant disrespect seeing as how the door leading tothe restrooms specifically read "restroom for customers only". I hope this isn't how he talks to customers on a daily basis. Found the Obama-Stone and had to go and try some ice cream in the named baskin robbins. So many flavours! Wow! Loved it!
The service was good, but the facility needs cleaning...
