The young female manager is rude and unprofessional, I have been going there over 2 years, they must have changed owner ship... because the last few months, I have notice they are more worry about their personal conversations with one another, than takencare of the customer, No sense of urgency, not all of them just the manager, 2 years and the don?t have to worry about me givingthe another dime, sad you got to go out of your neighborhood just to get good customer service. I've been here once. Really good service. And I like it. Pretty decent place. I give it three stars because there a bunch of... ghetto people outside asking for money. I feel unsafe there. They should call the police on them. A person like me, woulddefinitely be a target of getting robbed. Read more

I stood in line with my child waiting to place an order and I watched the older lady take 1 lady's order then instructed her to... go pay at a different counter. Meanwhile another gentleman and my daughter and I waited for her to come back. We waited 10 minsonly for her to start serving other people. The gentleman left out of frustration but we continued to wait. She thenacknowledged me and said go to the other counter 1st. I was pissed because we waited 10 mins already. Then she says she told allof us to go to the other counter 1st. All lies!!!! Won't spend my money here again Read more

I have been going to this location since it opened back in 2012 ....I think it was 2012. The first couple that owned and... operated Dunkin/Baskin were very nice, but the long hours were too much to handle and they ended up selling their shares tosomeone else. I like this location because it was in walking distance, clean and offered a variety in ice cream flavors etc....Never had a problem coming here into last June 2015, there is a woman there name Manny. Mind you this woman has been workingthere since the beginning and I never had a problem with this individual. Upon coming back to Chicago in June 2015, I wastreated by this woman like I had stole something from her. She would double check my credit cards, my money and was callingsecurity and the police on me!!! She always has a attitude now - not before and her customer services skills SUCK!! I have noidea why our relationship went wrong between customer and worker, but it is obvious she has come across some lies or some hesay, she say.....trust me, I don't know this woman!! Here are some suggestions that might help this location as well otherlocations. Stop hiring your young family members, they are not interested in the doughnut/ice cream business. They have theirown dreams, passions and carees they want to pursue. Start teaching, trusting, promoting and centering your business model aroundemployees that have committed themselves to being hard working employees. There is a big Mexican guy, who wears glasses and hasbeen working at this location since 2012/2013. Promote dude give him a couple bucks train him on the totality of the businessand push Manny to the back.....or promote her but to the back of the store. Start investing in your current employees; besidespeople living in culturally diverse neighborhoods want U hire employees that are reflective of these neighborhoods. People arealways saying these group come in neighborhoods and never give back, but U can start the giving back process by hiring, Read more
