Went here today and ordered two kid ice- cream cones for $7.27. One cone was for my elderly mother who wanted a cone but usually... don?t finish hers. I asked the cashier for a cup just in case she didn?t finish it and was told the cup would cost $1 extra.. Ithen asked for just a lid to catch the melting ice cream and was told the lid would also be $1. That was pure greed and BaskinRobbins has lost us for customers as we are always patronizing them all year long. Read more

I had a doordash delivery here some nights ago. I simply shared a request of the customer and the "manager" on duty became very... rude and starts telling me "we don't do that. Just cancel the order". I didn't want to cancel the order. Just was sharing whatthe customer requested. A simple "we can't fulfill that request" would have been fine. He then goes on to argue me down in thedrive and started saying things like "if I call the police u probably can't afford the ticket u'll have to pay because u have nomoney" "I'm not serving u" "why are u working, u should be at home" while pointing to my stomach (I am pregnant). Closed thewindow on me and walked off. I had to unassign the delivery because of him. I felt so disrespected and I had no idea why hebecame so personal and nasty. I was truly hurt and almost quit for the day. So rude and disrespectful. He should not work incustomer service and sure as hell shouldn't be managing anyone's store or employee's. Read more

My husband and I always order praline milkshakes and never had a problem. There's a guy that works the Night shift and he was... the rudest person I think we ever met. That is not customer service and I cannot believe they would allow some so rude to workhere. You never know what people are going through. I just found out my dad cancer spreaded to his brain and to come here andbe treated less than human because we didn't know you couldn't add who cream to the bottom of a milkshake is ludicrous. We werenot rude. Fire this man immediately because if he does that to wrong people, they won't always be as nice and understanding asus. You have lost really great customers. Read more
