I went to this Location for the First time. I will never Return unless New Staff or New Management. This was the Worst... Sandwich, Hashbrowns and Drink I Ever had Period..!!! My Croissant Sausage Egg & Cheese Sandwich was Horrible, My Hashbrownswas Overcooked, My Carmel Blast Drink was Horrible... On Today's Date @ 1:12pm. I WASTED My Money at This Location Today. Usually this is my go to drive-thru, bit lately this location has had the worst employees working. Not all of the staff is bad... but the two bad apples can spoil the bunch. I will be taking a break from this location and contacting the manager about my lastencounter. Read more
This place is terrible always get the order wrong! I asked for a ice coffee guy gives me iced tea can?t go back because I didn?t... taste it till I got on the expressway headed to work. Don?t ask for and iced coffee with cream it?s basically all milk no coffeehere at this location. How hard is it to get an order right specially when it?s for a black iced coffee? Read more

This Duncan location was always a miss for me?. Service was horrible and every coffee order was made poorly however there are... two new gentleman who are part of a new crew and they make excellent beverages.
